Your journey with us begins with an email. Once we’ve confirmed your date’s availability, we’ll connect to discuss how we can bring your story to life through film.

Once we receive your email, we’ll send over our brochure outlining the services we offer. From there, you can select a base package along with any add-ons that best fit your vision. After your selections are made, we’ll send a formal proposal — the second-best proposal you’ll receive — and secure your date on our calendar.

Once you’ve officially become a From This Day couple, the planning process begins. We’ll send a detailed questionnaire to learn more about your wedding day and the moments that matter most to you. As your date approaches, we’ll refine the details together and begin selecting music for your film from a curated collection of licensed songs.

The big day has arrived — the one you’ve been dreaming of. Our team will arrive promptly, professionally dressed, and fully prepared to capture every moment as it naturally unfolds. Each detail and emotion will be preserved with care, allowing you to relive your day for years to come.

Delivery

Within just 72 hours of your wedding day, you’ll receive a preview of your film — a glimpse into the story we’ve captured together. Your complete film gallery will be delivered 8–10 weeks after your wedding, presented through a personalized web link where you can easily download your films or share them with family and friends.
